Refund Eligibility

Ecoboutiqueex offers refunds for online painting and drawing courses under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of course enrollment
  • You must not have completed more than 25% of the course content
  • Refund requests must be made through our contact form or email

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us using our contact form or email at correspondence@ecoboutiqueex.world
  2. Provide your enrollment details and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses that have been completed beyond 25% of the content
  • Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after enrollment
  • Workshops that have already commenced
  • Downloaded course materials and resources

Course Transfers

If you are unable to complete a course but are not eligible for a refund, you may be able to transfer your enrollment to a different course or workshop, subject to availability and our approval.

Cancellation by Ecoboutiqueex

In the rare event that ecoboutiqueex cancels a course or workshop, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available course.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing course content, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we are unable to resolve the issue and it significantly impacts your ability to complete the course, you may be eligible for a refund or course extension.
